I went through the Intruder craze for a while, like everybody else, and still feel there is a place for them in the box. This one had success on murky winter lower Niagara days. 1 1/2" brass tube a loose ball (some long strands hanging out) of "angle hair"(?) flash 2 turns of white marabou, followed by 3 turns of purple schlappen body - silver mylar braid tubing, ball of flash at the front white hackle by the tip with out the base fluff removed *time your wraps so the fluff is on the flash ball w/silver wire over rib 2 turns purple schlap. again wing - 4 grizzly long tips & some crinkled minnow flash painted lead eyes & white thread head total length about 3 inches (I've made them as big as 5") Lakers love'em too (shank version)
